Rezoning Application 59/89

THAT the Clerk's Office be directed to prepare a bylaw to rezone Ptn
Parcel 24, Section 17, Block 6 N Range 1 East NWLD Reference Plan 65282
and Lots 3 and 4, Block 12, Section 17, Block 6 N Range 1 East, NWLD,
Plan 2416 :com A~l and M-2 to CS-1 to permit the lots to be
consolidated.

AND THAT a restrictive covenant be registered to prohibit construction
of any pbuilding until a sewer is constructed to the property.

This application has been submitted te permit lots owned by C.P. Rail

to be sold te Pitt Timber and consclidated with their lots. Because all of
the lots are small, the existing zoning prohibits their consolidation as they
would not reach the minimum lot size.
