This application is to remove the Sign Band from Shaughnessy Mall and to "

replace it with a canopy. As the property is governed by a Land Use Contract
it is necessary to amend the L.U.C. to install the canopy.

Approval of this application is recommended. The downtown revitalization
acheme includes canopies to provide weather protection.
