PERC has completed more than 80 Parks, Recreation, Culture and Tourism
Master Plans in communities ranging in size from 1500 to 600,000 population in
Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and B.C. In many cases PERC has

done repeated five year Master Plans in the same conimunity over the past 15
years.
