The preparation of this fee proposal has been based on the following assumptions:

City of Port Coquitiam will provide a reproducible drawing showing the City’s
Standard PAV station.

- If any legal survey is required McElhanney would be pleased to quote separately
for this work.

- If the services of a Geotechnical Engineer or Materials Testing Company are
required these will be retained separately by the City.

- Out-of-pocket disbursements such as couriers, agency. fees, tender advertising
costs, underground utility exposures, etc. will be charged additionally.

- Revisions to design drawings following commencement of construction will be |
charged additionally. |

Construction will be carried out by a competent contractor in a single continuous
phase. Substantial completion will be achieved within 10 weeks of award, and

rectification of deficiencies 2 weeks later. Two progress payment certificates plus
a final certificate will be required.

Consuiting services which are required during the one year maintenance period
will be charged additionally at current hourly rates and expenses.
