DRAFT RESOLUTION THAT The Subdivision Plan of Lots 9,10,11,12 and 13, Block 19, Plan 860, and Parcels "A" and "B", Explanatory plan with By-law filed No. 59051 all of District Lot 463, Group One, New Westminster District be ard the same is hereby approved subject to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam becoming the owner of the new Lot 34 therein created; AND THAT: his Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the said Plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto; AND WHEREAS by Order of the Minister of Municipal Affairs Parcel "A" (By-law plan 59051), Block 19, District Lot 463, Group One, Plan 2214, New Westminster District ‘is included in a new Lot 33 to be created; said Lot 33 to be owned by Mary Hill Shopping Centre Limited; THAT the said Mary Hill Shopping Centre Limited, be required to pay the sum of $1.00 to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam along with the portion of Parcel "A", Explanatory Plan 187, Block 19, Plan 860, District Lot 463, Group One, New Westminster District included within the Lot 34 proposed to be created, Nore: See Plan on reverse side.
