An inspection of the said property was carried out by the writer
and my inspection showed that Mr. Danny Richardson, is President of
Discount Auto Towing, and that he has been operating in the City of
Port Coguitlam, for the past four years. Three years at Trenton &
‘Kingsway and 1 year at his present location, 2669 Bedford Street.

I have found, Mr. Richardson, always available to remove any
vehicles I have requested him or. his drivers to do. His towing yard
is approximately half (4%) an acre and is zoned (N-1) General Industrial,
the yard holds approximately 40 vehicles, and is fenced with an 8
foot wooden fence, and has a 24 hour service radio contrelled vehicles,
which are mentioned hereunder:

1965 Mercury Tandum, 750 Holmes Wrecker
1977 G.M.C. ton, 440 " "
1965 Chev ton, 600

1974 G.M.C. ton, 440

1977 G.M.C. ton, 480 .
1974 Dedge ton, 4x4 small boom, electric winch

all vehicles are licenced and would appear to be in yood running order.

In my opinion, Discount Towing, operated by Mr. Richardson, is
very capable of carrying out the towing of vehicles in Port Coquitlam.
