THE CORPORATION OF ‘THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1708

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks Regulation

By-law, 1970, No. 991".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: .
1. Schedule "B" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks Regulation
By-law, 1970, No. 991" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks
Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 991, Amendment By-law, 1978, No. 1633" is hereby
deleted and Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of this By-law is
substituted therefor.

2. This By-law shall take effect, come into force, and be binding

on all persons cn and from the First day of January, 1980.

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Waterworks Regulation By~law, 1970, No. 991, Amendment By-law,

1979, No. 1708".
