A By-taw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal

Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the city of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled >» enacts as follows:

1. Clause (b) of Section 1 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and.

Animal Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020" is repealed and the following sub-

stituted:
"(b) "Dog" shall mean an animal of the canine species."

2. Sub-clause (d) of clause (1) of Section 10 of the By-law is amended

by striking out the word "four" where it appears therein and substituting

therefor the word "three",
3. Sub-clause (d) of clause (2) of Section 10 of the By-law is amended

by striking out the word "four" where it appears therein and substituting
therefor the word "three". . | aan

4, | ‘This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment By-law,

1977, No. 1570".
