NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING BY-LAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,

2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. on Monday; April 8th, 1974, at

7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1308: to rezone Lot 40, South-west Quarter Section 7,

Township 40, Plan 25211, EXCEPT the Easterly 144.63' thereof, from

RS~2 (One-Family Suburban Residential) to RS~1 (One-Family

Residential).
This property is located at 1460 Victoria Drive and it is expected

that a single-family dwelling will be created following completion

oz the rezoning procedures.

A copy of the proposed By~law may be inspected in the. Office of th-~

tity Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the

hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ~ on working days - from March 28th to April

8th, 1974,
All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by~law shall be afforded an Opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-law.
