COU JUL 2 3 1975. TO: R.A. Freeman, City Clerk July 19th, 1973 MEMORANDUM FROM: V.G. Borch, P. Eng. C.c. Mayor & Council L.D. Pollock Re: Proposed Imperial, Avenue Subdivision ~ Road Exchange. Attached hereto please find a print of Drawing No, 209-17 outlining the proposed road exchange in the Imperial Avenue Subdivision. The particular subdivision plan resulting from this road exchange was requested by the City. This proposed read exchance has been considered by the Council previously but because of particular circunstances it was tabled. The subdivision freeze on the north side because of school capacity problems has now been lifted by Council and the developer has algo agreed to contribute to the waterworks reserve fund. Please accept this memorandum as a request that this proposed road exchange he placed on the agenda for Council considcration. The developer will be proceeding with legal rod exchange plans as goon as Council approval of the proposed road exchange is received. It should also be noted that the developer in prepared to convey to the City a parcel on the west side of the proposed subdivision. V.G. Borth, P. Eng., City Engineer.
