DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the Agreement dated January 16th, 1973 Letween The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and West Coast Amusements
Ltd., concerning the operation of a carnival consisting of rides,
games and novelty stands ("midway attractions") in the City of Port
Coquitiam on May 10, lith, and 12th, 1973 be approved;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute

the said Agreement and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
