A regular meeting of the Municipal Councli of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was hetd in the Counci! Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, November 10th, 1986 at 7:30 pm.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R, Wright in

attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.
Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Director of Community
Planning Bill Brown, Parks & Recreation Director K. Janna Taylor, and

Secretary Susan Rauh.
