A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy
Street, Port Coquitlam, BC on Monday, February 21st, 1994, at 7:30 p m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk,
W.W. Stewart, R.H. Talbot, and M.A. Thompson were in attendance.

Also in attendance were Acting City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh,
City Engineer LR. Zahynacz, Director of Community Planning CR. Felip, Recreation Manager
L. Wheeler, Director of Building Permits and Inspections J.D. Shardiow, Fire Chief J.L. Baillie,
and Deputy Fire Chief G.W. Routley.

That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council Meeting of February 7th, 1994
and Public Hearing and Regular Council Meeting of February 14th, 1994 be taken as read and
adopted.

Carried.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Seconded by Councillor Talbot:
That Bylaw No. 2787 be read a third time.

Seconded by Councillor Stewart:

That Bylaw No. 2866 be read a third time.

Carried.
Mayor Traboulay, Councillor Gordon
and Councillor Thompson voted against
the resolution.

Moved by Councillor Talbot:

That the “Kingsway/Gately Road Exchange Bylaw, 1994, No. 2873" be reconsidered,
finally passed and adopted.
