CONDITIONS OF ENGINEER'S PERMISSION The Engineer may issue 6 permit in the form prescribed in Schedule "A" of this By-law, To do any or all of those things otherwise prohibited by Section 3 of this By-law, subject To the payment of an application fee of $8.00 with each application therefor and subject To such other conditions contained in this, Section as may be applicable to each such application.
