| am the band teacher at Hastings Jr. Secondary School. We are involved in —

an exchange with 2 school from Bentley, Alberta. They will be here during»
the jJast week in May. | |

We would like 10 have an outdoor concert on Monday, May 27, at Lions Park,
in the late afternoon or early evening. Both the Bentley group and Hastings -
will perform at this concert. | Bae ne

We can provide all the equipment needed for the concert (chairs, music et

stands, etc.). The only thing we would require is electricity, _
