BYLAW NO. 2487

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as fcllows:

1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly deseribed as:

Lot 12 and Lot 13
District Lot 289

Group One

Plan 9069

New Westminster District;

ig hereby rezoned from A-l (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment)

and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2487".
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of February, 1990.
Read.a second time by the Municipal Council this 12th day of February, 1990.

Public Hearing held this 5th day of March, 1990.
