C. The Covenantee requires the registration of this document as a

Covenant against the Lands.

D. The Covenantor has agreed to enter into this Agreement cn behalf of

themselves and all their successors entitled to the Lands.

NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that in consideration of the premises
and of the payment of the sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR (the receipt wherecf by
