June 13,1984, We, the undersigned, wish to draw Council's attention once again to the ongoing problem of an extreme amount of noise caused by riders of dirt bikes and other vehicles in the area of Mary Hi11 commonly referred to as, "The Pits", We believe that we are just as entitled to enjoy the benefits of a normally peaceful neighborhood as other residents of Port Coquitlam are. We therefore respectfully request that Counei] take the following steps to help alleviate the problem, at least in our immediate neighborhood: (1) That signs banning all off-road vehicles be posted at the end of Western Orive and Paula Place. (oy That the East side of Western Crive between Western Place and the cul-de-sac (about 100 ft.) be designated a no~parking zone. (3) That the West side of Western Orive between Western Place and the cul-de-sac be designated resident parking only, with similar consideration given to the residents of Paula Place. | - Stenaruke ADDRESS i a, } LH bhoome Y3aS Wisin (leat. | Lite, thor tl.
