representative and alternate representative to the Greater Vancouver Regional
District, His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell and Alderman E.W. Mabbett, from the
City and their consequent inability to attend the meeting of the Greater
Vancouver Regional District Planning Committee to be hela on Wednesday, July

24, 1974 that Alderman Ranger be authorized to attend the said meeting repre-

senting the City. Carried

RESOLUTIONS :
Council discussed the arrangements for holding a Public Hearing in con-
nection with ‘Land Use Contract No. 6 Authorization By-law, 1974, No. 1325".

That the Zoning Public Hearing required to be held in connection with the
"Land Use Contract No. 6 Authorization By-law, 1974, No. 1325" be held at 7:30
p.m. on Monday, August 12, 1974 in the Parish Hall of St. Catherine's Anglican
Church, 2251 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C.;
