At the regular Council meeting held on March 6th, 1972 the following item in the

Public Works Committee report dated March 2nd, 1972 was ordered &ferred for one week:

"Res Works Yard Fence

Recomnendation ~ .

The Public Works Committee recommends that the Works Yard Fence be suitably

screened with an evergreen hedge and that an amount ef $800.00 be placed in

the 1972 Budget for this purpose."

The purpose in defening this matter for a week was to permit each member of the

Council to versonally view the situation at the Works, Yards.
