Brice Graydon was the MC [or the special evening. Sister Ann has been very active at the Sacred Heart Parish for the last four years. She was director of St. Joseph's Spiritual Centre and was involved al Veritas school. Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Sister Ann entered the convent when she was 17 year- sold. Two of her sisters also en- tered the convent to become an- other sort of ‘sister’, Sister Ann- received her bachelors degree at McMaster University in Ontario, and went on to pursue a masters degree in spiritualily at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Prior to coming to. Terrace, Sister Ann was’ a religious con- sultant in Fort St. John. She also did parish work with Father Ray L’Henoff while she: was there, and was the retreat work director. Sister Ann’s kind and loving. . nature will be missed be all. She left Terrace June 25 to travel back to Hamilton with her sister Ig- natious, and arrived July 19, She will be taking a couple months of test, then will be travelling to Am Prior, Ontario for a one year sabbatical. The beautiful set of luggage which she was presented with during her farewell supper should serve her well in her travels, We at the Sacred Heart Parish will certainly miss her and we thank her for her service and hard work, and say ‘'God bless ber.”' Kakhk ek Another parish farewell batbe- que was held at Veritas School July 12 for Father Allan Noonan O.M.L - Father Al was born on Prince Edward Island and came to Ter- race in August of 1986, He’s now leaving Terrace for his new as- signment al Kamloops diccesc at St. John Vianney Parish. - Father Al; who was very special to all at Sacred Heart Parish will surely be missed by all.
