Thank you for your November 29th letter requesting
funding for the Gabriola Island French Program.

.I have read your proposal and hereby give approval to
the budget amounts outlined below:

Period: January 7th to June 14th, 1985

Materials $ 300
Classroom Rental 1,288
Weekly Salary 6,900
Employer's Contribution 552

Total: $9,040

I am afraid I am unable to approve transportation
assistance since I limit support to basic instructional costs.

Payment:

The district may wish to receive funds immediately or
each month up toJune 14th. Whichever way you wish to
receive the funds please send an invoice or invoices
enclosing a copy of this letter.
