That City Council approve the list attached to Council Agenda of Capital Expenditures for
1994 and that approval be given to proceed with all Projects subject to the actual work not
commencing other than design until all sources of funding are in place.

for 2159 Salisbury Avenue.

That Rezoning Application No. 40/93 for 2159 Salisbury Avenue be approved to proceed
for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section
963 of the Municipal Act subj-ct to:

a) Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of che Director of Planning;

b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;

c) Satisfaction of Building Department requirements at the time of Building Permit;

d) The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges; and

e) Registration of a restrictive covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being
converted to contain secondary suites.

of the Municipal Act subject to:

b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;

c) The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges;

d) Submission of an Application for a Development Variance Permit; and

e) Registration of a restrictive covenant on the properties to prevent new buildings from being
converted to contain secondary suites.
