6. Section 14 of the Bylaw is repealed and replaced with the following: "14, Every application made to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam requesting the amendment of an Official Community Plan of the City shall be accompanied by: (a) Anon-refundable fee calculated at the following rates: (i) Residential Designation If application submitted and processed concurrently with a rezoning application: $700.00 Without rezoning application: $150.00 per additional lot or dwelling unit proposed to be created at the . time of application, provided that the minimum fee shall be $300.00, If application submitted and processed concurrently with a rezoning application: $700.00 . Without rezoning application: < $150.00 per dwelling unit proposed to be created at the time of application, provided that the minimum fee shall be $1,500.00; (iii) Commercial Designation If application submitted and processed concurrently with a rezoning application: $700.00 Without rezoning application: $250.00 per 100 m for the first 1,000 m* of site area, and $100.00 per 100 m* or portion thereof for the remaining site area, provided that the minimum fee shall be $2,500.00; (iv) If application submitted and processed concurrently with a rezoning application: $700.00 Without rezoning application: 2 $125.00 per 100 m for the first 1,000 m* of site area, and $ 50.00 per 100 m* or portion thereof for the remaining site area, provided that the minimum fee shall be $1,250.00; A Public Hearing fee of $1,200.00 which shall be refundable upon request if City Council declines to advance the application to Public Hearing. Should an application require more than one Public Hearing, payment of $1,200.00 shall be required for each additional Public Hearing scheduled."
