Mower Replacement (Utility Tractor & Implements)
(Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting March 8, 1994)

1. To purchase the utility tractor and implements ‘som Avenue Farm Machinery Ltd., in
Abbotsford, at a cost of $35,967.00 |
2. That the monies, for this piece of equipment, be taken from the Parks & Recreation:

Department Equipment Reserve Fund.

The current mower, (utility tractor and implements), was purchased in 1985 and is due for
replacement this year, (in accordance with the equipment replacement schedule attached).
‘Che estimated cost for this mower is $40,000. However, the cost came in under the
$40,000 price at $35,967.

‘The Shop Foreman is recommending that we purchare this piece of equipment from.
Avenue Farm Machinery Ltd. This one meets all the specifications as outlined in the
tender call,
