Encourege the expansion of apartment areas around the Flint/Fraser and Northside areas. Increase density in tbe Downtown. Need adequate parking for visitore and RV's. Without apartments, lower income workers would not be able to afford homes, leading to more illegal suites. Apartments should be concrete, 6 to 10 stories high. APARTMENT AREAS Need better roads to support development. Higher densities and expanded apartment areas must be balanced with substantial parks, recreation, green spaces, trails for walking, bikes, etc. Support mixed use buildings. PoCo is becoming a metropolis of high rises, people cars and taxes — no longer a peaceful, little City. Support the townhouse buffers. Need more parking.
