balanced with substantial parks, recreation, green
spaces, trails for walking, bikes, etc.

Support mixed use buildings.

PoCo is becoming a metropolis of high rises, people
cars and taxes — no longer a peaceful, little City.

Support the townhouse buffers.
Need more parking.

Mixed use buiidings huip to reduce crime due to
surveillance.

Need protection against scare tactics used te get
homeownerg to gell.
