Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Aiderman Talbot: That the City of Port Coquitlam award the tender for the supply of two diesel recycling trucks to Co-Van and Dell based on the tendered price of $146,470.46. Carried. From the City Planner, February 15th, 1991 regarding Rezoning Application - 1690 Coast Meridian Road. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Gates; That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from li-2 to M-1 under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: 1. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Community Planning; 2. Issuance of a Development Permit; 3. Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks Superintendent; and 4, Amendment of the Official Community Plan te include the entire subject site in Development Permit Area I. AND THAT staff prepare the necessary draft bylaw amendments to Zoning Bylaw No. 2240 and Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2162. Revisions to the Landscaping Plaa, te reflect the revised building, to the sutisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; and
