From the City Engineer, September 27th, 1990 regarding Beaconcare Property
Right of Way Cancellation.

Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That Council authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Right of Way
cancellation for the Right of Way that runs along the southern boundaries of
Lot 12 and 13 of the Beaconcare Development.

From the City Engineer, September 27th, 1990 regarding Storm/Water Pump
Station Problems — Harbour and Dominion Stations.

Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That Council approve the expenditure of $22,458.00 for the repair of
damaged impellers at the Harbour Pump Station and Dominion Pump Station.

And That $22,458.00 from the 1990 Capital Works Fund be transferred to the
Drainage Maintenance Budget for this purpose.

From the City Engineer, September 27th, 1990 regarding B.C. Rights of Way
Coquitiam River Dyke Construction.

That Council authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the two
agreements attached to Council Agenda for the construction of the Coquitlam
River Dyke across the existing B.C. Hydro and B.C. Gas Right of Way.

Development Permit Area "X".

That the City Clerk be instructed to prepare a bylaw to amend the Official
Community Plan, to include the following text in Chapter "V. Development
Permit Areas”, Section "2. Development Permit Areas Designation”:

2.10 Mary Hill Road. Development Permit Area "X”"

This area is designated as a Development Permit for the establishment of
objectives and the provision of guidelines for the form and character of

multi-family development.
