The purpose of the Multiple Family Objectives and Policies is to
provide for the location timing for development and density of
new apartments. The focus of the policies in the Multiple
Family Part of the Commmity Plan ig on staged development for
new apartments and criteria for judging applications.

Public Services Part

The purpose of the Public Services Part of the Offici2’
Commmity Plan ig to Specify the priorities for publ: :
investment in roads, utilities and parks.

Intergovernmental Relations

The purpese of this section of the Official Community Plan is to
identify the geographic and substantive areas where federal or
provincial government regulations prevail and where there are
oOpport:mities to work with other government agencies. |
