To permit the development of a two story, 24 unit townhouse apartment building.

Notwithstanding the "Uses Permitted" described under "Part XII - Comprehensive Development
Zone", the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in
Subsection (1) Uses Permitted of Secton 807, Townhouse Apartment (RM-3) and Section 808,

Apartment (RM-4).

SCHEDULE OF PERMITTED LAND USE:
The use of the aforementioned property shall be restricted to the following uses:

Subsections (5), Lot Coverage, (9) Special Conditions, and (10) Off-Street Parking of Section
807, Townhouse Apartment (RM-3); and |

Subsections (2) Floor Area Ratio, and (3) Outdoor Recreation Areas of Section 808, Apartment
(RM-4).

All buildings and structures will be sited and shall be limited to the height of buildings in
accordance with the plans in Schedule "I" which is attached and forms part of the bylaw. ee
