DEC 15 1986 The Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: The Zone Designation of RS-2 (Single Family Residential) assigned to Lot 5, Plan. 58514; Lot 469, Plan 36901; Lot A (Except Parcel 1, Reference Plan 9769) of Elock 20, Plan 3703; and adjacent closed road as shown on the plans hereinatter described; all in District Lot 232, Group One, New Westminster District, is removed and the following Zone Designations are applied: (a) RS=1A (Single Familv Residential) to Lots 1 to 13, inclusive, shown on a plan prepared by Hamilton Associates for the Yarmouth Development project of Castie River Properties identified as Drawing No. 6185, tTitled Preliminary Subdivision, and dated December 2nd, 1986 and as further specified on the Plan Submitted For Subdivision Application dated October 31st, 1986 with an amended lot tayout dated November 7th, 1986 prepared by Peter T. Mason 6.C.1..S.; (do) S=1 (Singie Family Residential) to Lots 14,15, and 16 as shown on the plans aforesaid; orovided that that portion of the new Lot 16 now zoned P-2 (Special Institutional) wilt remain in that Zone.
