Sale of City Owned Land - Warwick Avenue

At the April 28th, meeting of the Council the Council approved of
the sale of certain City owned land on Marshall and Warwick Avenue as part
of a scheme to develop a residential sub-division. The scheme was based on
the preliminary sub-division layout which is attached.

The developers have now done more work on the layout with their
Engineers and a slightly revised layout has been produced, a plan will be
available for Councils perusal. Although the Council does not generally get
involved in the final sub-division layout this sub-division does involve City
property and I would like to make sure Council has no objection to the type of
layout before we proceed to the plan cancellation stage.
