(b) All that Portion of road shown dedicated on Plan 2533 situated
in the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 7,
Township 40, New Westminster District included within the green

outline and containing 0.0841 ha. as shown on by-law plan sworn

by Allan Olsen, B.C.L.S, and dated the 2nd day of January, 1979,

at or for the price or sum of Eighteen Thousand Thirty--five ($18,035.00)
Dollars and in exchange for those certain parcels or tracts of land
described in the next Section hereof, ‘
2. The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam its hereby authorized
“to purchase of and from the Registered Owner thereof ALL AND SINGULAR that

certain parcel or tract of land and premises which May be more particularly

described as follows:
, . All that portion of Parcel C of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster
‘District as shown on Reference Plan 3066 included within the red
outline and containing 0.0863 ha. as shown on a By~law Plan sworn
by Allan Olsen, B.C.L.S. and dated the 2nd day of January 1979,
& copy of which ig attached hereto
at or for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for that
certain parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof,
3. ‘ Those portions of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2533, Northwest
Quarter of Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, New Westminster District
outlined in green on the said plan of Allan Olsea, B.C.L.S. is hereby closed
and stopped up to traffic of all kinds.
4. The said lands to be so Purchased as aforesaid shall, when so conveyed

to the said City, he established as un addition to the roads in Township 40,

New Westminster District.

5. The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Pore
Coquitlam are hereby authorized to: execute such conveyances, deeds, maps,
receipts and other decunents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary
for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal ef the City thereto.
6. This By-law may be cited for al} Purposes as the "Somerset Strect

Plan 2533 Road Exchange Ry-Jlaw, 1979, No. 1646",
