Completion of the Mary Hill by-pass connector road with the
401 freeway, as recently announced by the Hon. Alex Fraser, Minister of
Highways, should have a tremendous effect on the traffic patterna in the

City of Port Coquitlen.

let's take a second look at this unwanted, unnecessary and
undesireable 'ring road’ through one of the few remaining areas in the
. centre of the city, where one can still enjoy some of the amenities of

life created by nature. .

We would again express our opposition to this planned develop~
ment and respectfully request that council abandon 4t in it's entirety.
