A By-law to amend the "Port Coquitlam Refuse na APR 18 Affection,

Removal and Regulation By~law, 1976, No. 1426".

The Municipal Councii of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
l.. Clause (a) of Section 10 of the "Port Coquitiam Refuse Materials
Collection, Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426" is repealed and
the following substituted therefor:

"“Ca) The charge payable by each owner and occupier of premises

for the service authorized by this By-law, shall be Thirty-

nine ($39.00) Dollars per annum and there shall be imposed,

levied and collected from each owner and occupier, a special
annual charge of Thirty-nine ($39.00) Dollars for each of the
premises herein defined.

2. ' This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam

Refuse Materials Collection, Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426,

Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1530".
