(da) Every building or structure used to house or accommodate pigeons or doves shall have a floor area of not less than three (3) square feet for each bird housed or accommodated therein and no person shall house, accommodate or keep more birds within any such building or structure than the floor area re- lated to this minimum requirement will permit. The floor area herein shall not include any flight pen or other enclosure annexed to such building or struc- ture, {e) All lands and premises where pigeons or doves are kept shall, at all times, be maintained in a clean, Sanitary and inoffensive condition, and all cleanings and other refuse resulting from the keeping of such Pigeons or doves shall be disposed of in a manner which will not create a nuisance or health hazard. (£) No person shall keep any pigeon or dove having any infectious or contagious disease, except ina licensed animal hospital or under condition of iso~ lation and quarantine approved by the Medical Health Officer. (g) "In the event that a Pigeon or dove beecomes in- fected with an infectious or communicable disease, the owner shall forthwith consult a licensed Veter~ inarian to diagnose the condition. If the diagnosis of said Veterinarian confirms that said pigeon or dove is infected with an infectious of communicable disease, said owner shall forthwith notify the Me- Gical Health Officer in writing stating the fact and furnishing particulars of the condition. The owner shall then immediately undertake to carry out any instructions of the Medical Health Officer.
