Re: Rezoning Application R/9-72 and Subdivision $443-71.

Attached hereto please find a print of the proposed subdivision plan of

@ portion of Lot U, Plan 4260, which has been submitted to the undersigned
for approval. Approval of this proposed subdivision will not be possible
until the proposed Lot 87 is finally rezoned to P-2. I have been advised
by Mr. Stinson that all relevant requirements relating to this proposed
rezoning have been completed and it would therefore be in order to recommend .
that ‘the Courcil process fourth and final reading. As soon as this fourth
reading has been processed I vill approve the proposed subdivision,
