Re: Purchase of Property at 2274 Wilson Avenue

Council will recall that I reported earlier on the acquisition of the
above-mentioned property. This property lies adjacent to the Simon Fraser

Health Unit on Wilson Avenue.

This acquisition is one of a number of property acquisitions in the Downtown
that Council has been considering. The acquisition will enable us to straighten
out the property boundaries between this lot and the Simon Fraser dealth Unit
and the parcel could be used for parking, to relieve the parking situation in

the Downtown Core.

The purchase price of the property is $35,000.00 plus some taxes and charges
which will bring the total purchase price to approximately $36,000.00.
