Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
i. "Clause (a) of Section 25 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and
Animal Regulation by-law, 21970, No. 1020" 1s amended by repealing Sub-clause
(4) and substituting the following: .

"¢4) Pound fee of $20.00".
2. Clause (b) of Section 25 is anended by repealing Sub-clause (1) and
substituting the following:

“€i) Pound fee of $20.00". oo 7
3. Section 34 is amended by striking out the figure "$10.00" where the
sane. -Qppeara therein end substituting therefor the figure "$20. 00".
4. Schedule "A" of the By~law is amended by striking out the figure
"$10.00" where the same twice appears in the Violation Notice sat out therein
and substituting therefor the figure "$20.00" in each case.
5. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

‘Coquitlam Pound and Animal Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment

By-law, 1972, No. 1175", .
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this First day of May, 1972.
Read a second tinue by the Municipal Council this First day of May, 1972.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council thio First day of May, 1972.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted b~ the Municipal Council of
The Corporation of the City of Port Cequitlam this Eighth day of May, 1972.
