Change Order - Maplewood Landscaping.

That the outfield fence at Reeve Street Patk be increased from eight feet to ten feet tall.

That a change order, in the amount of $57,070.00 to install backstops and outfield fences at
Reeve Street Park, in favour of Maplewood Landscaping be approved.

That Council award the contract for the Reeve Street Reconstruction Project to Bel Construction —
Ltd. based on the tendered amount of $1,245,960.43 (including GST) and that Council Approve -

an additional $100,000. 00 for contingencies for this project.
