THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COOULTLAM

BYLAW NO. 2702

A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation for the
calendar year 1993 of certain real property used by the
Poco Happy Times Preschool Society for a preschool progran.

WHEREAS the Poco Happy Times Preschool Society lease certain property
owned’ by School District No. 43 and use that property as a nonprofit
organization;

AND WHEREAS it is desired to exempt the said property from taxation for
"2 calendar year 1993;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port
voquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That parcel of real property, together with the improvements situated
thereon, known as "That part of Lot 283, District Lot 466, Group One, Plan
47685, New Westminster District", is hereby declared to be exempt from
taxation for the calendar year 1993 to the extent provided in Section 400

of the Municipal Act.

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Poco Happy Times
Preschool Society Property Exemption from Taxation Bylaw, 1992, No. 2702",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of July, 1992,

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of July, 1992,

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 27th day of July, 1992,
Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of at

least two-thirds of all the members of the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this th day of » 1992,
