Re: REEVES PARK CLEARING PROJECT

Contract price given: $2,500./acre to clear and pile.

Additional charges to haul and load 60 yard containers
to land fill site, dump fees included, $300./load.
Assuming 35 loads/acre.

Additional charge to burn on site, $1,500./acre. |

Regarding the chipping of material. At this time there |
is nobody in the Fraser Valley with the equipment to :
chip roots and stumps. Even if chipping was done, hauling |
of chips to a land fill site would still be required. a

Chipping of small branches is possible but the noise factor
Should be taken into consideration. Therefore, we feel
hauling of the material is more economical as long as

land fill sites close by are available.
