SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 64/89
for 3254 Coast Meridian Road, 1475/83/95 Prairie Avenue.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of November 29th, 1989 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing the rear yard setback requirements of the Zoning Bylaw
Section 902, Subsection (6),

And That final approval of the development varlance permit be
