(hereinafter called the "Lands"’)

Cc. The Covenantee requires the registration of this document as a
Covenant against the Lands.

D. The Covenantor has agreed to enter into this Agreement on behalf of
themselves and all their successors entitled to the Lands.

NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that in consideration of the premises
and of the payment of the sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR (the receipt whereof by
the Covenantor is acknowledged) the parties hereto agree each with the other

as follows:

L. The Covenantor and each of them agree that they will comply with all
Municipal Bylaws respecting the use of the suite in the basement of the

premises constructed on the Lands.

2. This Agreement is and shall be of the same force and effect to all

intents and purposes as a covenant running with the Lands and withouc limiting

the generality of the foregoing, this Agreement shall extend to and be binding

upon each and every of those persons having legal and equitable interest in
