THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM
BYLAW NO. 2346

A Bylaw to amend the "port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal council of ‘the Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land Situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which is more particularly described as:

Lot "B" and Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6
Block 3].

District Lot 464

Group One

Plan 2240

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RM-1 (Low Density Apartment) to RM-4 (Apartment ) and
the Zoning Map of the "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coguitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2346",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 21st day ot March, 1988,
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 21st day of March, 1988,

Public Hearing held this lith day of April, 1988.

Location of Property Affected:

Purpose of the Bylaw:

To permit the construction of an apartment building on the property.
