A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coqiitlam was held in the "Campbell Room", Best Western Poco Motor
Inn, 1545 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, January 4th, 1988,
at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates, ;
J.J. Keryluk, W.W. Stewart, G.R. Laking, and R.H. Talbot in attendance. :

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A. :
Freeman and City Solicitor Cc. Murdy. _

WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment. Bylaw No. 9, 1987, No.
2328" received first two readings on December 24th, 1987. Q

THEREFORE it is now determined that the amendment to the Official
Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2328 does not affect the
District of Coguitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the
Greater Vancouver Regional District.
