For eastbound traffic from Shaughnessy Street, the only
convenient detour Is Dorset Avenue between Shaughnessy Street
and Wellington Street. The intention jis to keep the
intersection of Wellington Street and Prairie Avenue open to
traffic. This would allow westbound ¢+ratfic TO also use
Wellington south to Coquitlam Avenue as a detour route.

There will be considerable cost for City crews to instal]
and remove the barricades and signs and this jis not provided
for in the Public Works Budget. The Committee theretore
requests that a budget be designated by the Administration
Committee so that Signs can be made up and barricades placed on

the day in question.
