Those portions of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2797, New Westminster District,
described in Section 1 hereof, are hereby closed and stopped up to traftic of all

kinds, 7

The said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shail, when so conveyed to the said
City, be established as an addition to the roads In the South West Quarter, Section 7,
Township 40, New Westminster District.

Tha Mayor and Gity Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are hereby
authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other decuments oan
behalf of the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesald and to affix

the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Ulster Street/Lincoln Avenue Road
Exchange Bylaw, 1987, No. 2254",
