PAYMENT

The Municipality shall make no payment whatsoever for the regular pickup of
newspaper at the curbside by the Contractor under this Contract. However, a
sum of two thousand dollars will be patd to the Contractor at the commencement
of this Contract to assist the Contractor in purchasing the plastic bags
required by each customer to place the newspapers into.
