THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 1939

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,

1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That portion of lot 107, District Lot 379, Group 1,
Plan 399040, New Westminster District which maybe more
particulary described as Follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said Lot 107;

thence proceeding in’ a Northeasterly direction along the East

boundary of the said Lot 107 for a distance of 64.92:m.-3 thence
proceeding in a Northwesterly direction along a line drawn
parallel to and 64.92 m. Northeast of the South boundary:of. -the
said Lot 107 to a point on the West boundary’ of the’ said Lot 107
that lies 64.92 m. Northeast of the Southwest corner of the. said
Lot.107; thence. proceeding in a Southwesterly: direction along
the West. boundary of the said Lot 107 to the Southwest. corner of
the said ‘Lot.107; thence proceeding in a Southeasterly direction
along the South boundary of the said tot 107 to.the point of
commencement; and containing 1978.76 sq.m., more or less;

is -hereby rezoned from M=3 to M-1 and the Zoning Map of "The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw

» 1979,
No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. °° °°

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of |
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw,

1983, No.1939".
